New mechanisms, but old problems

The main advantage is that not a single fossil will fall into the combustion chamber and will not have a negative impact.

  3. Using a mobile special service unit for cleaning without dismantling. The cleaner is poured into the system, outside the fuel system, through separate channels. The engine is started and runs for half an hour at different speeds, after which each diesel injector is tested and needs to be cleaned. All dirt and deposits remain in the mobile installation system, outside the machine’s power unit.
  4. Washing diesel injectors by dismantling each of them one by one and rinsing it with a solvent. The problem is that it needs to be disassembled, reassembled, and cleaned. The work is too expensive, both in terms of effort and money. But our employees can do it too.
