What about today's car washes? What will happen to them?
I think that they are definitely not going anywhere in the near future. And they will continue to work for a very long time, until the “washes of the future” develop and “get back on their feet.” But one thing I can say for sure: they will lose their customers, because in fact they cannot offer either the speed of the machine, or the savings of self-service, or the quality and meticulousness of detailing, a kind of “middle peasant”, and by no means golden.
The future is already here.
Much of what I described above is already being implemented everywhere in our country and is working successfully. For example, in St. Petersburg (our window to Europe), many car enthusiasts can already appreciate all the advantages and disadvantages of self-service car washes. Automatic car washes operate all over the country, but most of them are built on old equipment and are simply frightening with the quality of their work, but this is temporary - I’m sure. As for detailing and detailing studios, this area is very actively gaining momentum in large and small cities. We can safely say that Russian detailing is alive, it is growing, expanding and becoming prettier. The future has already arrived, friends!

As for cleaning the interior, I do it with my steam generator, no extras. collective farm, cleaning the upholstery is problematic. It's possible, but not very convenient. So I finish it with a magic file. I made an adapter for brushes from Karcher, but the difference in steam pressure by 2 times is a little scary.
